TriSol GmbH is a joint venture of the german battery specialist Tricera energy GmbH and the publicly traded israeli independent power producer (IPP) Solegreen Ltd.
Since 2021 we cooperate to develop and establish energy storage projects (stand-alone or in symbiosis with renewable energies) in Germany.

Tricera is a young company operating in the battery storage industry with a highly experienced team.
The company specialises in the
- project development,
- engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) as well as in the
- operation and maintenance (O&M)
of medium to large scale battery storage systems with innovative concepts for the use of first- and second-life battery modules.
Solegreen Ltd.
Solegreen specializes in the set-up, development, planning, construction, financing and management of power generation facilities based on renewable energy.
The company is active in four different territories – Israel, Italy, Germany and Greece.
Solegreen is a renewable energy company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TLV: SLGN).
